Orders ship out from Cleveland, OH twice a week and are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Every package comes with a tracking number which is e-mailed to you when the package ships. Estimated arrival times vary by location, but usually your goods will arrive in 3-5 days within the US and 7-14 days outside of the US.
If you have any special requests (extra insurance, signature confirmation, hold for pick up) or would like overnight shipping, please contact us for a quote.
We can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

Orders ship out from Cleveland, OH twice a week and are shipped via USPS international first class or priority mail, as well as UPS on rare occasions. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail, and estimated arrival time is 7-14 business days from shipment.
Orders shipped to the UK are subject to 20% VAT duties, collectible prior to shipping.
Customs delays, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If you don't receive notice of your package's arrival within 14 business days, please check with your local post/customs office to locate the package. We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or seized packages.

RETURN POLICY
We go the extra mile to provide accurate measurements, fabric descriptions, condition reports and high quality photos to help you "see" the product as much as possible before purchasing. Please note that small flaws are common for vintage items, as they've been pre-loved. This often adds to their character! Due to the nature of pre-loved vintage items, all merchandise is sold as-found with the exception of some items being dry-cleaned before being made available for purchase. Please review measurements, photos and condition report before purchasing. Feel free to ask us questions about fit/fabric/measurements/etc by emailing us or sending us a live chat for a more timely response!
With the above mentioned, we do not offer returns at this time and all purchasing are final sale.
